International Shipping

Track packages 
Your tracking number will be sent to you via your shipment confirmation e-mail sent to you after your order has been shipped. Use that number at to check the status of your order online. Please note: It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the Canada Post website. If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm MT are processed the following business day.

Order Status 
You will receive three e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first e-mail confirms that your order has been received and should arrive within 24 hours. Your order confirmation number will be included in this email.
  • The second email confirms that your credit card payment has been approved and should arrive on the first business day following your order confirmation.
  • The third email confirms that your order has been shipped and includes any tracking information. This e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorization of your credit card and verification of your information.

As a registered customer you can check both past and pending orders when you log into your Ispirada account and click on Order History.

Returns & Replacements

At Ispirada we want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your online order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned in its unworn original condition with all tags attached, in its original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. See Return Instructions for more information.

You can expect a refund to your Credit Card within 20 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part. 

Damaged Goods or Shipping Error 
At, we are committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We employ several quality checks before it leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact one of our Ispirada representatives. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a credit (if necessary). Return Instructions 
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, in its original packaging (whenever possible), with all paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post (Canada Post) for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship items to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to Ispirada. You can expect a refund within 20 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

Who pays for return shipping? 
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. However, if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong merchandise, or if you received damaged merchandise, please notify an Ispirada representative upon receipt of the goods within 24 hours. We will reimburse you for the cost of your shipping and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Canceling My Order 
After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact an Ispirada representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
